Rotini with Smoked Paprika Chicken

1 pkg Ronzoni Gluten Free™ Rotini
1 tbsp each smoked paprika, brown sugar and red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp each salt and pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup each chopped onion and yellow pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 cup frozen green peas
1. Cook rotini according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, blend paprika with sugar, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss with chicken to coat; set aside. Heat oil in a large, deep nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add onion and peppers; sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add chicken; sauté for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, breaking up with a spoon. Simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir in peas until heated through. Serve over hot cooked rotini.
